How we work

From a conversation to a departure.

Four steps, each with one person responsible for them: yours.

  1. 01

    A conversation

An hour, in person or by video, about how you like to travel: pace, rooms, food, and what you never want to do again.

  2. 02

    A proposal

A first itinerary within days, with our reasoning for every hotel, ship and route, and an honest price.

  3. 03

    Refinement

We adjust until it is right. Then we book everything, confirm each detail in writing and brief you before you go.

  4. 04

    The journey

One document for the whole trip, your planner on call throughout, and a debrief when you return so the next one is better still.

About Select Latitudes

Select Latitudes Travel is an independent, bespoke travel agency. We plan a deliberately small number of journeys each year so that each one gets the attention it deserves, from the first conversation to the morning you get home.

Our planners inspect the hotels they recommend, sail with the lines they book and ride the trains they suggest. Recommendations come from experience rather than brochures, and from a network of guides, hoteliers and captains built over years of travelling.

We work with couples, families and small groups who value their time and want it spent well. If you would rather make one call than fifty searches, we are the right people to call.

A few lines are enough to start. We will come back with questions, and then with a first idea.

We reply within one working day. Your details stay with us and are never sold or shared.
